Should you be using TMAC?

If you are an Authorized Trailmobile Dealer you should be using the TMAC system to submit all Dry Van orders.

If you need information about how to get the TMAC software please email sales@trailmobile.com. Don't forget to include your full name, Dealership name, address and phone number. In order to run TMAC you will need a personal computer that complies with the minimum specifications, an Internet connection, and at least one email account that will accomodate email attachments.

Minimum System Requirements for TMAC

  1. PC with Pentium class processor running at 1 Ghz or faster.
  2. Minimum of 256 Mb of RAM
  3. Graphics adaptor capable of screen resolution of 1024 x 768 or higher
  4. Minimum of 17 inch SVGA monitor
  5. Internet Connection
  6. Windows 2000 or XP (Windows Vista is not yet supported!)
  7. Microsoft Office 2000 or higher (Office 2007 is not yet supported)
  8. Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher must be installed. (.dll files updated by Microsoft & included in this installation are necessary for TMAC to work properly) (IE7 has not been tested)
  9. At least one email account that supports attachments (for sending and receiving configuration files, quotes and sales manual bulletins) We highly recommend Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express for full compatibility.
